Just an FYI, we aren’t a motivation blog solely focused on exercise motivation. While we cannot promote enough that a healthy body = a healthy mindset, we are focused on incorporating all kinds of motivation rather than weight loss/fitness inspiration. We post motivational content that is applicable to all goals and for general inspiration.
I only say this because recently we have been receiving many questions regarding what kinds of exercises/eating plans that we recommend. We are not health blogs, nor health professionals, so it is best if you ask official health/fitness blogs and forums. There are great official ones outside of tumblr!
